My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The rooms, while a bit small, were clean and comfortable with kingsize beds and extra-fancy toilets and bathrooms. The service was excellent, with incredibly helpful and friendly staff, although one male staff member at the Coffee Bar & Reception was a bit rude in replying to customer inquiries. The location was relatively central, close to downtown Sakae and a subway station, making it convenient to explore the area. The dining experience was average, with limited breakfast options that had to be chosen the night before, but hash browns were a plus. The facilities were satisfactory, offering the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

I found the hotel to be in a relatively central location with spacious rooms and excellent service overall.
